Our Regional Clinical Support Specialists (RCSS) are the hub for all reactive clinical calls from you, our customer. The RCSS team consists of selected experts who demonstrated advanced clinical understanding of specific products. All RCSS's have extensive hands on experience with using our products and working with surgeons, optometrists, nurses and technicians in training and support functions.
The primary focus of the RCSS team is to provide services such as fine tuning device settings, solving complex clinical issues, and acting as the primary interface with the Medical Monitors to resolve patient specific problems. In addition to this, should escalated clinical issues arise that require an onsite visit, the RCSS team coordinates with the Clinical Development Specialists (CDS) and the Clinical Competency Center (CCC) to provide second level support. The goal of the RCSS team is to ensure systems are setup to perform properly after major technical repairs and to fine tune any clinical updates to prepare you for your next surgeries.
As part of our efforts to continuously learn from you, our customers, the Regional Clinical Support Specialists also analyze clinical reports to determine trends and common root causes to clinical challenges in order to develop new, proactive solutions. They then coordinate clinical problem resolution with Technical Support, Clinical Development Specialists, Medication Monitors and Field Service teams. The RCSS team also works with other functional groups at AMO including Software Engineering and Research & Development in order to stay current with all new testing and calibrating techniques to ensure clarification on clinical training processes.
We are committed to developing innovative solutions and providing you with superior clinical knowledge.
