Use Of AMO Trademarks
The Abbott Medical Optics, Inc. (AMO) trademarks, including VISX™ and IntraLase® trademarks, are valuable business assets and these guidelines are intended to protect them. In consideration of AMO permitting you to use the AMO trademarks, you agree to comply with the guidelines described herein. AMO gives you permission to use its trademarks only in connection with your laser vision correction practice. You may not use these trademarks in any activity that might in any way hurt AMO's reputation. Should AMO ask you to stop using these trademarks, or to change your use in any way, you agree to comply with that request.
These guidelines and your use of the AMO logos and/or AMO trademarks do not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and AMO. This is the only agreement between you and AMO concerning the AMO logos and AMO trademarks, and it may not be changed except by a signed, written agreement.
If you have any questions or any proposed use that is not covered by these guidelines, please contact the AMO Marketing Department. AMO may change these guidelines at any time without prior notice, and may for any reason whatsoever withdraw this permission. By using the AMO logos and/or trademarks, you acknowledge the rights of AMO in its logos and trademarks, that you have read and understood these guidelines, and that you agree to comply with these guidelines in using the AMO logos and AMO trademarks.
